About the Windy City Smokeout

The Windy City Smokeout began in 2013 in a small parking lot, giving guests a taste of offerings from five BBQ teams as well as performances from Jerrod Niemann, Chase Rice, David Nail, Pat Green, Brett Eldredge, and others.
