  • Dell Curry (1982–1986): Curry's remarkable shooting at Virginia Tech led him to be drafted 15th overall by the Utah Jazz in 1986. His NBA career, most notably with the Charlotte Hornets, was distinguished by exceptional three-point shooting, culminating in winning the NBA Sixth Man of the Year award in 1994.
